Committees –

KNRC is structured around a central Policy Committee of 1-vote-per-member county. Reporting to the Policy Committee are five working committees that process reconnaissance, facilitate communication, monitor budgets, provide technical oversight, plan conferences and carry out the day-to-day function of the organization.

Working committees staffed by Member Commissioners are routinely created or closed, ensuring a proactive, efficient, and centralized response to emerging issues. The KNRC structure affords timely reconnaissance, centralized vision, accurate technical review, good cost management and agile decision-making in keeping with organizational initiatives and policy objectives.
